If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.  All returns will be given a store credit, no refunds.  In order to receive a store credit you must notify us via email prior to returning any merchandise.  All returns must be sent prepaid, via a traceable method to the address specified with your return authorization.
